This policy explains what Exit First collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and who else sees it. It applies to getexitfirst.com and to the intake and scheduling forms on it.
Who we are
Exit First provides deal analysis, underwriting, rehab planning, disposition, and transaction coordination for real estate investors. We operate from Phoenix, Arizona and serve clients nationwide.
Questions about this policy, or requests about your data, go to getexitfirst@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the deal intake form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the property address, purchase price, estimated ARV, transaction type, timeline to close, notes on what you have done so far, and which package you are interested in.
When you book a discovery call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and any notes you add, and our payment processor collects the information needed to take payment.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Our host records standard server and security logs, including IP addresses and browser type. We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling on this site.
What we do not collect. This site has no accounts and no logins. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or card numbers, and you should never send them to us by email.
Cookies
Exit First does not set its own cookies. The embedded scheduling widget on the Book a Call page sets cookies from its provider in order to function. If you never open that page, that embed never loads.
Why we use it
We use what you submit to evaluate the deal you brought us, prepare for your call, deliver the services you engage us for, invoice you, and stay in contact about your file. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that make the business run, and only with what they need:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and serves its pages.
- Calendly handles scheduling for the discovery call.
- PayPal processes discovery call payments. Payment card details go to PayPal directly and are never seen or stored by us.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Loading a page requests those font files from Google, which discloses your IP address to Google.
On an engaged file, we also share deal information with the parties that transaction requires — title and escrow, lenders, agents, contractors, and buyers — as needed to close it. That is the service you are hiring us to perform.
We will also disclose information if the law requires it.
Property information
Deal intake asks about properties. Property addresses, ownership, sale history, and tax records are largely public record. When we research a property you submit, we work with public records and licensed data sources. Our analysis of a property is an opinion of value based on available data. It is not an appraisal.
How long we keep it
We keep intake submissions and correspondence for as long as we may need them for the engagement and for our own business records. Files we have worked are retained as required by Arizona real estate recordkeeping rules. You can ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep.
Your choices
Email getexitfirst@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to request deletion, or to stop hearing from us. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Tell us what you are asking for and we will honor what applies.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive identifiers by email.
Children
This site is for real estate investors and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here.
